Blog Dare: What Friday Night Use To Look Like

Yesterday’s blog dare was, “What Friday Night Use To Look Like”
This post might be a little off of the topic, but it’s what I think of.
At first I thought, Friday nights use to be fun. All the girls together. Normally there was a night club or bar involved.
It was fun. Lots of fun. Never had a weekend that was “boring” or uneventful.
I admit, I got a little sad thinking about my younger years – not that I’m that old anyways.
Then I started thinking about Friday nights now. Those are more fun. I get to snuggle up with Landon and a good movie – usually Elmo or Cars. We stay up till 10 and eat snacks – see, I’m still wild LOL.
We had a slumber party the other weekend. These are the way I like my Friday nights. Relaxed. Doing something low key and not…bad.
So even though Friday nights are different than they use to be, they’re still fun. Just a different fun.
