Remember my blogger series I told you about? Well I’m actually keeping up with it! This week we have a real life ‘Super-Mom’ (!!!) and it’s Amy from Savvy Saving Couple. There’s a little about her husband too! I love Amy for a few reasons; one is because she’s totally awesome! Another reason is because she totally told me I’m in her Top 5 favorite blogs – shut the front door! The other reason, is she’s super crafty. I get so much inspiration from her blog – and I always leave hungry…*grrr*
Anyways, enough about me:

How did you get started blogging? How long have you been blogging for?
I got started blogging in March of 2011. I was actually working as a CNA to help pay my Master’s Degree to be an officially licensed teacher. At the time I had two little ones, and no daycare. I really needed a job that I could work “off” hours at while my husband was with the kids. Needless to say the field of healthcare was not for me…I lasted 3 weeks. Blogging was something I toyed with for years, but I never officially made the jump until 2011-so glad I did!

Today’s blog challenge is “Why Do You Love Blogging?”
That’s simple.

I’m good at it.

I know, that sounds a little cocky. I think I’m good at blogging though. I am good at writing about what’s on my mind. I also enjoy writing. I’ve never had an outlet before, except for diaries. So it’s nice to have somewhere to go and write. I don’t have to share it if I don’t want to. I don’t have to allow comments on a post if I don’t want to.

I control it.

I don’t get to control much, being married and having a kid. I like to be in control. I don’t freak out if I’m not in control, but it’s nice to be at times.

The reviews are nice. Knowing that there’s always someone that’s going to see my blog is nice. It’s like I’m famous – okay not really famous. LOL
