So last night when I typed Part 1, I was still on the phone with Sprint.
Well really late last night, about 11:30 the rep asked if she could call us back in 10 minutes. I figured she had to pee or something so I told her sure. Boy was a an idiot for saying yes. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK!!
So we called back, AGAIN. For them to tell us that iPhone support was closed (the department the previous lady worked in-no wonder she didn’t call back, she went home). Sprint told us that there was nothing to be done until tomorrow (which is today).
So we went to bed, at 1 in the morning.
Cody had to work, so he had to be up by 7 and out by 8. We both slept until 7:30, but Cody still made it out by 8.
He ended up CALLING me! His phone was working a little. Some features worked and some didn’t. Some would work then stop. So he still has to go to Sprint today and have them fix it.
About 20 minutes ago I receive a phone call from Sprint. That rude lady that LIED to us actually had the nerve to call me back!
I simply told her that we have made a formal complaint against her for being a liar and providing us with the worse customer service I have ever received. I told her that I hope she loses her job and it is known by every future employer that she is a liar to customers and that she doesn’t know how to preform a simple task. Then I hung up.
I haven’t heard from Cody since earlier this morning, I hope it’s just because he’s at work and not that his phone is totally ruined again.
I have demanded credit on my account, as well as the other lady that had to sit with us until almost midnight.
She was receiving Cody’s text messages at midnight, meaning again they messed up her phone.
I am completely amazed at the lack of knowledge the ACTIVATION department, iPhone Support and customer service has.
I guarantee, in September when my contract with Sprint is up, I will not be renewing. I will transfer to another cell company.
