Recipe: Chocolate Chip & Banana Pancakes
I love pancakes. I have so many memories of my mom making pancakes for my brothers and I when we were younger. I want Landon to have similar memories, so I try my hardest to cook and have him help. One of my favorite kinds of pancakes are banana & chocolate chips. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything better. My favorite thing about this recipe, is it’s semi-homemade. Let’s face it, not everyone has time to make everything from scratch.

Review: Keurig® OfficePRO® Single-Cup Commercial Coffee Brewer
*I received a Keurig, from Staples, in exchange for my opinion on it. Regardless, all opinions are my own. Please see my Disclosure*
I love coffee and it’s very important to me to have a good coffee maker so I can have my coffee every day. So when I was given the opportunity to review a Keurig, I said yes.
The first thing I noticed about the Keurig® OfficePRO® Single-Cup Commercial Coffee Brewer was the size. It is the exact same size as a regular Keurig Brewer, which was awesome, because it fit on my counter with NO problem. The size makes it perfect for a small office/break room – your employees would totally thank you LOL ![]()

Recipe: Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Sandwiches
This is probably one of the most unhealthy things I’ve ever made, but it’s quite possibly one of the tastiest things I’ve ever made lol. This is another recipe to go with my Meatless May Blogger Recipe Challenge – clearly there’s no meat in this! lol Anyways, I love how easy it is to throw together. It’s great as a snack or for lunch.

Tillamook, Cheese, The San Antonio Zoo and Mommy Bloggers!
*I received free admission to the zoo and time behind the scenes with Tillamook Brand Ambassadors. I was not required to write a post about my experience, but I want to. All opinions are 100% my own. Please see my Disclosure.*
As most of you know, this past weekend Landon and I were invited to the San Antonio Zoo for a media even from Tillamook, for Mother’s Day.. We really had a great time. I met some awesome Mommy Bloggers and Tillamook Brand Ambassadors. And there was cheese. Lots of cheese. Have I ever told you how picky I am about cheese? I hate processed cheese. I hate certain brands. Most cheese makes me think of plastic. Not Tillamook Cheese! ![]()

I love spinach dip and I’m completely addicted to it. The best part is, most of this stuff is either already in your pantry, or it’s super cheap.
