PostHeaderIcon I Hate Feeling Rushed

Since I was on the phone all night with Sprint and their lack of intelligence, I missed many hours to do things I have to get done before I leave on Thursday.

If you don’t already know, I am going to Arizona for Spring Break with Landon to see the in-laws.

I’m nervous as it is because Cody isn’t going and I am going to be meeting a very important, wealthy, influential part of his family that I have never met.
I know Tami (my mother in law) won’t throw me under the bus, but still, it makes me nervous lol.

So I have to grocery shop, prepare and freeze dinners for Cody, pack, get a mani & pedi (yes it really is a necessity) and get other things I need for the trip before Thursday! I have today and tomorrow, that’s it.

If I wouldn’t have wasted 6 hours on the phone with Sprint I would have been able to at least make lists of what I need from the stores, make a dinner menu for Cody and packed.

Of course instead of blogging, I could be accomplishing a few tasks, but I need to blog. It’s my way of venting my frustration.

I guess I should take a deep breath and do what I can. It’s not like Arizona doesn’t have stores. If I need to get more diapers or a swim suit, I can do it there. I can get a mani & pedi there also.

Sigh, I guess I’m off. I have to do the work before I can go play.

I hate feeling rushed, too. It seems like my whole life is an exercise in time-management. I hope your trip goes well. Just keep smiling. A good smile can hide a lot of anxiety. :-)

I do as well, and when I feel like I am being rushed I normally, stop everything and find someone else to rush (Ha! Just kidding). All joking aside when I am being rushed I often get mad at myself for not giving myself more time.

I normally get mad at everyone else LOL!
No, I only get mad if they hubby asks me something and I have to stop.

It is especially frustrating when you have to spend time on the phone with a call center – was it tech support? If they would only listen when you’re telling them what you’ve already tried to start off with it would save SO much time.

It was tech support, customer service and iPhone support. All 3 departments!
The most frustrating part, hubby went INTO a Sprint office yesterday and they fixed it in under 5 minutes!!!
