PostHeaderIcon DAWGS Footwear – Women’s Crossover Review

You wanna know something? I hate tennis shoes. I live in Texas. Even most of winter I get away with wearing flip-flops.
When we were about to move though, I knew that carrying all those boxes and other large household items would not be easy in flip flops. It wouldn’t be safe either.

So I decided to wear my Crossover from DAWGS Footwear.

The first thing I noticed when I received them is they come in this really convenient carry case.

When I opened them, I have to admit I thought they were a little ugly LOL. I should have gone with the black and pink ones.
When I tried them on though, I forgot about their looks. They are so comfortable!

I often have a hard time finding shoes that fit me – even if I go in store to try them on, many just don’t fit. My feet are a women’s size 10/10.5 which to my understanding is large LOL. I wore the same size shoe as my mom when I was in 5th grade…I have come to terms with my clown feet :)
The biggest problem I have though, my feet are wide. Very wide. Sometimes, wide shoes aren’t wide enough. Well the reason I’m rambling on about my large feet is because I had NO problem fitting into these! Actually, if I had to find something to complain about, it would be that they’re a little TOO wide! Can you imagine?!
However, that complaint was short-lived at the end of moving day 1. My feet were so swollen, I forgot that they were wide. Which is good, my feet always swell when I’m on them for hours. Imagine shopping with me.

I also love the rubber nubs on the bottom. It helps with traction & when we were moving I could honestly feel them grab onto the ground, which helped when I was helping with the couches, washer etc…

Other than noticing that my feet were swollen, I realized that my feet didn’t hurt! I wore my Nike’s the next day to move – per Cody’s request – and the bottom of my feet were so sore and my feet had swollen so much I had a hard time removing them. Not in my DAWGS though!
*I was NOT asked to compare shoes in any way. I am simply stating what I feel is true and correct for ME and MY feet.*

Wearing my DAWGS. Ignore the St. Patty’s Day socks – they were the only ones clean…I mean not packed LOL

So now that I have rambled on about my huge feet, you probably want to know more about the shoes…am I right or am I right? :)
