As most of you know, this past weekend Landon and I were invited to the San Antonio Zoo for a media even from Tillamook, for Mother’s Day.. We really had a great time. I met some awesome Mommy Bloggers and Tillamook Brand Ambassadors. And there was cheese. Lots of cheese. Have I ever told you how picky I am about cheese? I hate processed cheese. So I received an email last week from The Fairy Hobmother. The Fairy Hobmother spreads light and joy across the blogosphere. And it’s true, he totally brought joy to my day! I was sitting in the ER with Landon on Monday and was super annoyed with everything. Then I remembered that I was visited by The Fairy Hobmother – and even though I was sitting in the ER with a bunch of sick, crying and hurt people, I wasn’t that frustrated. Even though the doctors had “misdiagnosed” Landon just days prior, I wasn’t frustrated…okay that’s a lie, I was a little frustrated still

My step-dad is hella hard to shop for. Every year for his birthday – which we always forget, sorry Donnie! – and Christmas, I pace around stressed about what to get him. Well, when I received an email from the folks at CafePress, I was pretty excited to see they actually had stuff he might like! Donnie is addicted to coffee (just like me!) and always loves getting new, customized coffee mugs. They have coffee mugs for any occasion, seriously. They even have The Big Bang Theory(!!!), which is also another one of Donnie’s favorite things.

Having a toddler has been very rewarding. For example, I can watch cartoons without my adult friends laughing at me Landon is really into a lot of cartoons on PBS, including Super WHY! *ahem* that’s also one of my favorite cartoons lol. Anyways, I found out that Super WHY! is coming to Austin, Texas, on April 15th so I had to jump on that opportunity…

Landon is obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba and I have to admit, I am quite the fan as well. So as you can imagine, I was super duper stoked when I found out that Landon and I can attend a showing if Yo Gabba Gabba! Live!: Get The Sillies Out! *squeeee*

So Yo Gabba Gabba! Live!: Get The Sillies Out! will be in Austin on March 17th. They have 2 shows on that day, one at 2pm and one at 5pm. Tickets start at only $25, which is a great price to go, in my opinion.
