I can’t believe I haven’t blogged about this yet!

UPS MY CHOICE is one of my absolute favorite services available!

UPS MY CHOICE is a FREE tracking service that UPS provides.

Often times I order stuff or receive products, mailed through UPS, that I forget about. Or don’t know when the expected arrival date is.

Well, UPS MY CHOICE provides complementary alerts to your email the day prior to delivery.

You can change the delivery destination, change the drop off time or even leave a note for the UPS man to leave your package somewhere!

Like I said, My UPS is a free service but if you want to upgrade to My UPS Choice Premium membership.

If not, the free version of UPS MY CHOICE offers these GREAT features:

-Set up Delivery Alerts
-Reschedule your delivery
-Give authorization online for UPS to deliver packages without a signature for drop-off when you’re not going to be home to sign in person

I am going to give it a trial run for a few weeks and see if it even gets used…if not I will go ahead and remove it from here.

As if all the changes Facebook is making isn’t already bad, they have decided to FORCE me to change to their new stupid timeline by March 30th.

Do they not remember when Myspace made all those stupid changes? It’s been like 4 years since I used Myspace…well maybe 3.

That’s not the point.

The point is, if they keep changing I am going to no longer use Facebook. I already have trouble navigating.

I really disliked Twitter, because of all the #’s and @’s, but I think I will be a Twitter fan quicker than I intended.
Anything to rid myself of Facebook.

I understand in order to keep Facebook the people that pay into Facebook gets to choose what it looks like, but really? The only change the world wants to see on Facebook is a “DISLIKE” button, for status updates.

For years now, we have asked for a “dislike” button and for years, all we have received was one stupid pointless change after another.

Well I guess I am done ranting now. I was just frustrated and had to express it.

Today went from a very good day to a yucky day.
There was nothing in particular that went wrong, I just decided to put on my pissy pants.

Not only am I tired, but Landon is too. So we’re off to bed.
Sweet dreams world!

I was given the opportunity to review Elfishki & The Giant Cake, interactive iPad book for kids.

Once upon a time, on the beautiful Rainbow Island in the middle of the Sparkling Sea lived magical little people called Elfishki…

Doesn’t that just sound so magical? Well it is!
Just check out this 1 minute video of Elfishki and The Giant Cake, with all the beautiful pictures and vibrant colors!

Elfishki and The Giant Cake is an interactive book for the iPad and iPad 2.

Some of the features I found not only neat but also educational were:

- There are comprehension questions on each page
- The app is available in 2 languages; English & Russian (Russian was very fun to listen to and the reader spoke so smooth it was easy to listen to)
- The colors are so vibrant
- The story catches everyone’s attention

Landon loves this book so much that he knows what the app picture looks like and can find it anywhere on the iPad!
He woke up early one morning, came out, grabbed the iPad and loaded up the book.
He made Uncle Andrew decorate the cake at the end of the story.

There were only 2 things I found that I didn’t like;
1. When the Elfishki are outside singing on the balcony of the pub, the music is a little fuzzy and off key with the movement of the Elfishki.
It just seemed a little…tacky, for lack of a better word.
2. This educational interactive book is ONLY available for the iPad 1 or iPad 2. However, they are working on getting it to work with iPhone, iPod AND Android.

Overall I give Elfishki and The Giant Cake 5 out of 5 stars, Landon does too!
