NRH2O Family Water Park, located in North Richland Hills, Texas, was established in 1995 as the first municipally owned water park in Texas. Entering its sixteenth year of operation, the park has become a popular attraction in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This 17- acre water park includes 22 waterslides, the world’s largest uphill watercoaster, the area’s largest interactive water playground, a children’s area, wave pool, endless river, and a “tween” area featuring a “lagoon” style pool, tech deck, and sand volleyball court. NRH2O is known in the Metroplex for its safe, friendly, clean environment and reasonable prices. NRH2O also offers free tubes, free parking, and coolers are welcome at no additional charge.

I don’t really cook with tuna so I was really stumped on another recipe to use my StarKist Tuna. I wanted to make something different. So I walked through the grocery store forever trying to figure out what I could make. Then it hit me, just as I was looking at the Hamburger Helper. How about homemade Tuna Helper!?

One of my Meatless May recipes this month is a delicious Focaccia recipe, using some awesome kitchen tools from Core Bamboo! The items I am reviewing are the Large Magenta Bamboo Color Board, Easy Grip Rolling Pin in Magenta and the Madrid Bamboo and Silicone Spatula Set. This focaccia recipe is really easy to make and uses very few ingredients.

I love grilled cheese. I love guacamole. Why not put them together? I once heard that the best kind of grilled cheese sandwich has more than 1 cheese, so I had to give it a shot – with a twist. These sandwiches are really easy to make and are really good. I don’t think I’ve had a better one.

OMG I found this recipe on Facebook the other day and when I saw it, I knew I had to make it. Since it’s meatless, I knew it’d be perfect for the Meatless May challenge. I love guacamole and I love citrus, so I knew I was going to love this. It really is the best guacamole I’ve ever had. It’s pretty messy to make, but it’s absolutely worth the time & mess.

So about 3 weeks ago, I received a pair of Bokos to review. I love sandals, and with summer quickly approaching, I need to add more of a variety to my collection. I received them about a week before I went to San Antonio, and just knew they’d be part of my wardrobe while at the zoo.

My favorite way to eat eggs is scrambled. I love all the stuff you can put in them – like omelettes. The possibilities are endless and I’ve never been disappointed. This recipe is meat free, since I’m doing my Meatless May Recipe Challenge. It’s still super good and full of flavor – and it’s really good for you!
